  • Clarify roles and responsibilities across Sales and Marketing to ensure coordinated and accountable program execution
  • Surface regional insights and challenges to inform and refine our global approach

Enable every regional team to build and accelerate pipeline for FY25 priority programs. We’ll empower Marketing and Sales teams to cooperate more effectively and deliver measurable impact.

This two-day internal enablement workshop brings together key stakeholders from across our organization with one unified goal: to drive growth by upgrading, expanding, and accelerating execution across the SMB and Unnamed account segments.

  2. DAY 1: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2025

    10:00 AM – 11:30 AM — Registration

    11:30 AM – 12:30 PM — Lunch

    12:30 PM – 6:00 PM — Workshop

    6:00 PM – 6:45 PM — Individual Program

    6:45 PM — Departure to The Monkey Bar

    7:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight) — Dinner & Networking at The Monkey Bar

    Session Format for Both Days (Workshop Sessions):

    • Session duration: 60 minutes

    • Structure: 15-minute plenary presentation followed by a 45-minute regional breakout discussion

    • Breakout groups: Northern Europe, Central Europe, Southern Europe, META, APAC

    • Breakout sequence: Brainstorming (20′) → Discussion/Presentation (20′) → Summary (5′)

    • Outcome: Each team will deliver a concise summary of its regional GTM strategy, including clearly defined KPIs for success and pipeline generation, and a plan outlining how marketing initiatives will translate into measurable business impact.

  3. DAY 2: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2025

How far is the Prague Marriott Hotel or Hilton Prague Old Town from the main train station and Prague Airport, and what are the best ways to get there?
  • From Prague Main Train Station (Praha hlavní nádraží): The hotel is about 1 km (15 minutes on foot) or 5 minutes by taxi/ride service. From Masaryk Railway Station it’s only a 2-minute walk.

  • From Václav Havel Airport (PRG): The hotel is about 16 km away (20–30 minutes by car).

    • Uber or Bolt: ~20–30 minutes, approx. 1,000–1,500 CZK (40–60 EUR)

    • Public transport: Take the Airport Express bus to Náměstí Republiky (~30 minutes), then walk a few minutes to the hotel. Ticket price is about 100 CZK (~4 EUR).
